Your role:
As our Inhouse Legal Specialist, you will directly support the Head of Legal in legal and business matters. Whether you are industry experienced Paralegal, or you are a Business Lawyer – we welcome your expertise. A law study degree is not strictly required. What counts is your professional experience in the legal world and your proactive, hands-on approach.
You will coordinate legals workflows, reviews, internal policies, help manage contracts, ensure compliance, organize legal documentation (incl NDAs). You will support contract review, lifecycle management, filing, and signature processes. You conduct legal and factual research on corporate governance, intellectual property, regulatory and corporate compliance matters. You liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel on administrative and routine legal matters.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in business legal studies, apprenticeship as a paralegal
- Min. 3 years of relevant as a business lawyer
- 5-10 years of relevant as a paralegal, with at least 5 years specializing in contract law and corporate law, ideally in an in-house or law firm setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
