Your role

  • Manage overall office operations (office supplies procurement and management, facility management, maintaining a productive environment)
  • Organize and manage documents and records (contracts, internal documents, reports)
  • Support meetings and company events (preparing meeting rooms, printing materials, taking meeting minutes)
  • Prepare and manage PO documents, ensuring submission within deadlines
  • Support internal approval and reporting processes, coordinate schedules 
  • Assist with internal and external communications (email, phone, messaging) 
  • Support ad-hoc management-related tasks 
  • MD assistance and support

 

Who you are

  • Bachelor's or associate degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years or more of related experience
  • English proficiency required
