Your role
- Manage overall office operations (office supplies procurement and management, facility management, maintaining a productive environment)
- Organize and manage documents and records (contracts, internal documents, reports)
- Support meetings and company events (preparing meeting rooms, printing materials, taking meeting minutes)
- Prepare and manage PO documents, ensuring submission within deadlines
- Support internal approval and reporting processes, coordinate schedules
- Assist with internal and external communications (email, phone, messaging)
- Support ad-hoc management-related tasks
- MD assistance and support
Who you are
- Bachelor's or associate degree
- Minimum 2-3 years or more of related experience
- English proficiency required
