Your role:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Credit and Cash Collection Specialist to join global finance team of newly created Susonity Group. Since Aug 1, 2025 Susonity Group is part of Global New Materials International (GNMI), which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Susonity Group manufactures and trades pigments and surface solutions. We operate on the key global markets.

Currently we are looking for a Trade Credit and Cash Collection Specialist to support our finance function as well as accounts receivables management process. 

 

Roles and responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the AR management area and a good understanding of SAP. She or he will be responsible for:

  • managing our global trade credit risk exposure,
  • participating in global cash collection activities,
  • follow-up on overdue invoices and conduct dunning procedures,
  • perform AR balance reconciliation,
  • handling disputes, ensuring timely and accurate resolution,
  • enhancing revenue process, support credit accounting, and estimate expected credit losses and bad debt provisions, reporting on blocked sales orders, credit limit utilization, and AR balance structure (aging).

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in finance roles, covering credit management and cash collection tasks, ideally in a mid-sized multinational company
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial analysis
  • Solid know how of SAP (especially credit management and cash collection processes)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
