As part of our transformation, we are recruiting a Customer Excellence Agent for Benelux market. You are answering customer requests in English (and Dutch if possible). Your main responsibilities are to follow your portfolio and answer all customer requests from Belgium, Netherland and Luxembourg. Office and/or Remote work is accepted. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing their inquiries and requests in a timely, professional manner while ensuring accurate and smooth order fulfillment. You will collaborate closely with sales to align our products and services with customer needs, acting as a crucial communication link between customers and internal teams. You will work cross-functionally with departments like Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction. A key part of your responsibilities will also be to process and deliver all regulatory requests on time, maintain and update our ERP system, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or chemistry.
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service,
- Good understanding of logistics coordination, and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Communication skills in Dutch would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
