Your role:

We are seeking a skilled Accounting and Consolidation Expert to join global finance team of newly created Susonity Group. Since Aug 1, 2025 Susonity Group is part of Global New Materials International (GNMI), which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Susonity Group manufactures and trades pigments and surface solutions. We operate on the key global markets.

Currently we are looking for a Accounting and Consolidation Expert to support our financial reporting, consolidation and accounting function. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in overseeing accounting processes, managing accounting policy, financial reporting, and financial statements consolidation.

Roles and responsibilities:

• You will prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS, for several jurisdictions (multiple currencies) across the globe, and collaborate with accounting and finance teams to gather and validate financial information for consolidation. 
• You will be responsible for reviewing intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting, and play key role in the preparation of monthly, semiannual and annual consolidated financial reports.

What you’ll bring:

• 4 – 8 years of relevant work experience in group accounting or financial consolidation positions
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and consolidation processes, and dealing with multi-currency transactions
• Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with accounting (SAP) and consolidation software (e.g. Lucanet)
• Hands-on mindset, result driven and resilient, with very good analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
