Material Planning Co-Ordinator

Your Role: An excellent opportunity has become available for a Material Planning Co-Ordinator to join the team in Irvine on a 2 year Fixed-Term Contract.   As a Material Planning Co-Ordinator, you will work within the team to support the site, ensuring availability of raw materials on-time and on-quality to confirm production schedules can be met.  You will work with the material planning team covering tasks such as on-time delivery of materials, generating and analysing reports, providing material availability updates to other departments and maintaining master date within SAP.

 

Who You Are:

  • Be educated to degree level in a Science / Supply Chain or Business Administration discipline
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong reporting skills - using various mediums
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
  • Effective communication skills across different modes and styles
  • A Purchasing or supply chain certification would be advantageous
  • Knowledge/experience working with SAP would be advantageous
  • Experience working within a cGMP or other highly regulated environment would be beneficial
