Regional Account Manager Actives & Formulation

Your Role: the Actives & Formulation team is seeking a new Account Manager will oversee and manage the overall customer relationship for the Actives & Formulation business. He or she will develop sales for standard improve products and uncover leads for customized products or complex sales project whilst protecting and growing existing business. The new Account Manager will understand the customer (LM & SM) pipeline, projects, strategy, goals and work closely with Specialists, handover the lead of the projects to them and give any needed support. He or she will take care of Formulation in Small and large molecule production, in conjunction with Upstream & Downstream sales colleagues in BioProcess and also ensure alignments with the Field Marketing team. The new Account Manager will leverage their technical and industry expertise for generating sales from existing or new customers for the Actives & Formulation product portfolio within a territory and he or she will be expected to utilize the available tools and resources to track and report sales activity and share account and process knowledge.

 

Who you are:

  • You have a technical education background (BSc, MSc, PhD in Biotech or related subject).
  • You have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role or Technical Sales to Biotech customers with a special focus on Actives & Formulation.
  • You demonstrate the ability to work in a field-based highly matrixed organization are self-motivated, able to prioritize, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • You are to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a close team.
  • You are fluent in English and French.
  • You have a valid driver’s license and have availability to travel.
