Your Role: Delivery Systems and Services (DS&S) platform provides GASGUARD® specialty gas delivery equipment, CHEMGUARD® liquid chemical equipment, POLYFLOW™ slurry delivery and Part Clean/Carrier Clean equipment and associated turnkey installation and services to our customers. 


As DS&S POLYFLOW® Product Manger you will be responsible for developing and managing market plans for our slurry delivery and part clean/carrier clean equipment.


This includes managing the products throughout the product lifecycle, managing Intellectual Property, obsolescence and prioritizing product and customer requirements.


In addition, you will define the product vision and work closely with our engineering team to ensure the future readiness of the product line. Working with our Sales Engineers, you will be responsible for the profitable expansion of our market share, growth opportunities, and daily business issues.


You are an entrepreneur who focuses on the details, a strong team player that can influence change and set directions while leading in the matrix. This is a global, multi-functional role where you will work closely with various teams and functions such as project managers, sales & product engineers as well as production & procurement.


  As part of the POLYFLOW® Product Manager’s role you will be accountable for tasks such as:

  • Manage an equipment business that strongly relies on an outsource manufacturing model and insource engineering, planning, customer service and supply chain functions to serve a global marketplace
  • Internal and external stakeholder management to build strong relationships that effectively support sales activities
  • Define product strategies, develop and maintain product roadmaps and new product development in line with market & customer requirements
  • Assess, understand and evaluate the market and industry dynamics as well as the competitive landscape
  • Develop pricing guidelines, profitability targets and product plans
  • Prioritization of global resources and initiatives to ensure maximum output & value based on the existing capacity
  • Business continuity planning, materials forecasting & supply chain readiness
  • Create and maintain commercial/marketing communication tools for to promote sustaining products and future launches


The position can be based in Allentown, PA, Tempe, AZ or Austin,TX and requires global travel up to 25%.


Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or other related technical discipline
  • 8+ years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the semiconductor industry and working with semiconductor delivery equipment


 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or other related technical discipline
  • Additional education in a Commercial focused discipline, MBA
  • 10+ years of product management and/or commercial/customer-facing experience
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of slurry chemistries and equipment incl design and operation
  • Ability to lead across the matrix and to influence cross functional teams
  • Strong prioritization skills, seeing the bigger picture and focusing on what’s important
  • Curiosity to understand the industry market trends and competitive factors to develop growth strategies for the DS&S portfolio
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility and agility combined with strong resilience
  • Self-motivated & energized personality
