Marketed Products Coordinator

Your Role: We have an excellent opportunity available to for a Marketed Products Coordinator to Marketed Products team.  Marketed Products are responsible for Marketing Authorisation Applications and the Life Cycle Management of our globally marketed products, the team are located in several countries internationally.  As a Coordinator you will be allocated specific products that you are responsible for, you will support the submission of new Marketing Authorisation Applications, Renewals and Variations during the Lifecycle of a product.  You will be responsible for collating and maintaining planning information run reports, analyse data and provide metrics.  You will also collaborate and support colleagues worldwide, offering guidance and providing M1 documents necessary to ensure the continued marketing of our products.


Who You Are:

  • Previous experience working within a regulated environment would be beneficial
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch (written and verbal)
  • Ability to prepare accurate application documents
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and priorities own workload
  • Be a strong team player with excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills
