Quality Management Specialist

Your role:


Customer Excellence is a service organization responsible for the lead to satisfaction process within Western Europe. Our vision is to lead infinite solutions to our customers by consistently delivering outstanding experience to them that builds value, trust and dedication. Your role as the Customer Excellence Quality Management Specialist will be part of a talented and fun team of 4 members who champion ISO 9001:2015 compliance within the organization.This function will be based in our Amsterdam office, with hybrid working. You will be responsible for managing risk and ensuring customer satisfaction acting as a gate keeper for audit compliance and continuous improvement across multiple sites. You will supervise the adherence to internal control procedures and ensuring corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) are executed and tracked. You will manage, document and review ISO relevant materials for Customer Excellence; lead the organisation through internal/external audits acting as the single point of contact for auditing partners. Your key tasks will include maintaining relevant documentation for quality compliance; implementing audit CAPA activities; defining and maintaining tests of the internal control process to monitor high risk activities. You will also monitor the customer satisfaction survey results and complaint trend, ensuring actions are taken to follow through with our customers. You will also be the main contact for collaboration initiatives at regional or global level of the organization.


Who You Are:


  • Educated to a university/college degree
  • Experience in customer centric role, preferably in an international environment;
  • Proficient in English, any other languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, audit and self-inspection experience are an advantage;
  • Ability to understand and respect end to end procedures;
  • Good interpersonal skills and diplomatic approach;
  • Ability to challenge the status quo;
  • Willingness to travel.
