Equipment Specialist

Your Role:

 

In the Equipment Trouble shooting and Improvement team you will lead and support the Biotech Projects, support and improve commercial and development production, while ensuring equipment compliance.

 

You will participate together with the industrialization manger to define and execute the equipment investment plan, in the Biotechnology department in Aubonne.

You will be responsible to document the projects linked to the equipment in the biotech processes: Generation URS, Change request, participation to the creation of IQ OQ protocols and execution of approved validations as well as reporting.

Project  Management Implementation  and control: You will manage project reporting, cost control, schedule control and escalations, ensuring that  external companies  intervene without causing an impact on the production activities as well as  respecting our EHS rules. You will be the contact point as a technical expert during production troubleshooting and to put in place the necessary investigation strategy behind, as well as to implement the Required CAPA linked to technical issues.

 

Your Profile:

 

- Engineer in Biotechnology, life Sciences, Chemical, or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years experience.

- Knowledge of Trackwise, Mango, MS Project, and MS office or similar tools

- Good knowledge of cGMP and Data integrity.

- You have basic knowledge of Automation, Electricity, and Mechanics.

- You have good technical knowledge and you feel comfortable with writing and documentation

- A PMP Certification is a Plus

- Fluent in French and English
