BANGALORE IS HIRING FOR German language professional for Inside Sales Analyst (DIGITAL SALES- Lifescience & laboratory)

 

 

The Role:

 

At our organization we collaborate with the global scientific community by sharing our deep expertise and scientific content. 

Through our network of Digital Client Success Managers (DCSM), we will serve as the primary point of contact for generating sales of products and services by focusing on selling to end users (i.e. scientists including core facilities) as well as procurement managers where appropriate.  This includes managing stakeholders within different positions within our customers who have different buying drivers and perspectives.  The focus of this role will be in reacting to customer outreach and fulfilling their requirements as well as selling to end users by leveraging the value of our technical products and scientific knowledge.  The DCSM must have the ability and self-motivation to identify high priority or high value opportunities and be able to deliver them by demonstrating value to the customer by empowering their scientific breakthroughs, balancing the priorities of inbound customer enquiry prioritization with outbound proactive customer calling.  This position will coordinate various customer support functions, including field and office-based specialists to help our customers meet their goals and maximize business opportunities. 

Our broad and relevant portfolio of products are known for their innovation, quality and accessibility.  As a Digital Client Success Management INSIDE SALES ANALYST, you are therefore expected to leverage these values and use all available tools, and resources, to track and report sales activity and share account knowledge, exceed sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring a sustainable, profitable and plannable growth.  The DCSM will also utilize call planning, pipeline management, lead identification and qualification, proactive sales calling and performance monitoring to drive the sales and exceed the set sales target.

We will achieve these goals through connecting and collaborating with our key customers include (Researchers, Principal Investigators and Lab Managers), using an array of digital tools to provide state of the art scientific solutions.

Experience of selling products from this portfolio and to this group of customers is essential.

 

 

Desired competences and skills:

Scientific degree or PhD with experience of relevant techniques.

Proven, relevant sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.

Excellent ability to prioritize high value opportunities

Strong consultative selling skills.

Solid account planning and management skills

Be digitally savvy and be able to work with tools such as Sales Force.com, Redox, LinkedIn, Elevate, Social media etc.

Willingness to adapt approach, develop relevant technical expertise and embrace a broad range of scientific learnings to provide the best technical solutions to our customers.

Able to collect key market intelligence and share appropriately.

Able to work autonomously, collaboratively or as part of a team. 

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Very good business acumen and able to produce and interpret sales data in various formats. 

Able to carry out any additional tasks as set by your line manager to a high level.
