Job Location: Jigani, Bangalore

JOB Responsibilities:
 

In This Role, You Will
 

  • Thrive on Customer Satisfaction on all levels within the organization (Execs, EAs, Managers, Individual Contributors)
  • Work well independently and within a larger team in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, phone & electronically.
  • Troubleshoot all technical-related user issues, including hardware, software, account, and printer issues.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Install and support various software applications as needed and approved.
  • Follow all company processes and procedures.
  • Log all support-related tasks in the Company ticketing system.
  • Provide support in the maintenance of the company's network and infrastructure as directed.
  • Maintain data integrity and file system security according to company policy.
  • Setup and deploy workstations, servers, networks, and printers.
  • Manage inventory for workstations, laptops, and other IT assets in the company tracking system.
  • Possess a deep knowledge of all PC/End User Support technologies (OS Win 10, Apple Mac OSX up to macOS Mojave, VPN, Endpoint Security, A/V (Audio Video System), ISTM, Skype for Business, Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory administration)
  • Have experience in handling medium-to-large scale PC/OS deployments.
  • Possess strong ability to utilize Configuration Management solutions (i.e. SCCM, Jamf)
  • Sets the standards for Knowledge Base articles (KBs) by investigating and documenting incident root cause and resolution
  • Provide escalated local/remote support and troubleshooting across all geo-locations (US, EMEA, APAC)
  • Fulfill duty as a member of the weekly on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support (as required)
  • Collaborate with other IT Infrastructure Teams to ensure optimal operations of all systems
  • Possess fundamental knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN architecture and Network & Server administration
  • Possess the ability to identify, track and articulate trending issues and produce metrics (as required)
  • Support backup systems and their integrity.
  • Must display the ability to act independently as well as in a team setting; must have excellent teamwork skills.
  • Assist and help manage and deploy company cell phones and other mobile devices.
  • Assist with technology outages as needed.
  • Travel as assigned and needed.
  • Additional projects and tasks assigned as needed.
  • The ability to take initiative and solve problems with limited direction.

 

Preferred Qualifications
 

  • BE/ B.Tech / BCA/ or equivalent Degree or 3 years Diploma in CSE, IT, ETC
  • JAMF administration (Mac OS/IOS management) experience and MDM Support experience.
  • Must have excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills. VIP Support (Stakeholder management) experience.
  • MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) – Windows Server 2012, Windows 8/10
  • Basic Knowledge of Active Directory, Good knowledge of O365.
