Job Location- Electronic City, Bangalore

Job Details:

As a part of our new Group Data Strategy, assists the IT Compliance team of IT-AGA in audits and validation related to implementation/upgrade of new/existing application services in a qualified environment. Safeguards all aspects of compliance, follows-through standards, legal, regulatory and audit requirements with the focus on Test Management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure that Verification and Validation activities are compliant with global standards.
  • Define Test plan strategy
  • Perform Test Design and Execution as per the project requirements.
  • Working with project teams to understand project requirements to arrive at the test design and test cases.
  • Creating and designing test scenarios based on the customer needs and system design to ensure complete coverage.
  • Responsible for Defect Management activities during Testing phase.
  • Creating Verification/Validation Reports and Trace Matrix based on project needs and adhering to defined QMS.
  • Exposure to Agile Methodology
  • Work with internal delivery team and other functions in order to meet the specified Quality Goals of the project
  • Mentoring the resources on Testing and Validation activities

Skills

  • B.Sc. Degree or Engineering or equivalent
  • Overall 5+ years’ work experience in Testing and Validation
  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare and Lifesciences domain (i.e., Validation / Testing / Project Management)
  • Hands-on experience in defining test cases for functional, regression, data migration, performance testing.
  • Hands-on experience in testing tools (HPALM, DMS etc.)
  • Expertise in Defect Management procedures and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare standards and its relevance to Verification and Validation activities is beneficial.
  • Experience in understanding of problem-solving abilities and Quality improvement techniques.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills - effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff.
