IT Infrastructure Cost Management Analyst

Location: Bangalore- Electronic City

Shift time: rotating shifts


Your role:

  • Annual planning of external spend for cost centers across IT-I
  • Quarterly reforecasting of external spend
  • Monthly cost center analysis, comparing actual spend to planned / forecast spend and explaining variances
  • Interact with Controlling team to ensure accuracy and resolve exceptions
  • Interact with Procurement team as needed to ensure that Purchase Orders are issued in a timely manner

Who you are:

Work Experience:

  • Strong financial background. Experience managing infrastructure cost in a complex multi-sector, multi-ERP, multi-legal entity environment
  • Experience with procurement processes and controls
  • Experience managing financial aspects of infrastructure supplier agreements
  • Project management experience in a complex matrix environment within a global organization
  • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives

  • Ability to execute
  • Deep financial planning knowledge
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills. Ability to drive consensus / set mutually agreeable goals
  • Clear understanding of industry standard IT infrastructure platforms, terminology, and leading providers, including Network, Telecommunications, Cloud, Datacenter, Server & Storage
  • Ability to break complex problems into manageable tasks
  • Advanced skills in mastering the standard MS Office tools (especially MS Excel and MS Access)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • English language proficient
