Job Details:

Justification: Problem Management team must RUN out of IT-Bangalore – Problem Management should be performed by the IT India team and not by an external provider.

The following skills profile is required


  • 4-7 years
  • Soft-Skills: Global team player; self-reliant, solution oriented, good communications skills (incl. end-user non-technical-language) very good English skills;


  • Technical-Skills: according to the following technical Services are required:


  • Knowledge of Problem Management taking accoutability of the issue by reaching to the problem resolver teams to coordiate activities related to RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and  CAPA (Cause and Prevention Analysis).


The following task should be performed:

  • RCA  and CAPA for problem records
  • Timely closure of RCA/CAPA
  • Coordination on complete RCA/CAPA
  • Ensuring Problem Management process is followed
