Job Location: ECity, Bangalore.

Job Description:

Advanced Analytics as part of Our Org’s IT is maintaining a Big Data environment, Advanced Analytics tools and methodology (MCloud) that require experienced people and expertise with niche skills in the market. Your role will involve a high level of interaction both internally and externally, HR and Procurement, as well as excellent understanding of our customer portfolio, capabilities and service offerings.


You will assist in planning, coordinating, implementing, administering and monitoring projects and assignments of a complex nature for an assigned functional area(s). Ensuring all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently, you will identifying project risks/issues and problem-solve to provide solutions for the team.


As part of the Advanced Analytics Team, you will help to create a professional, positive, warm and welcoming office environment for new employees and customers that is in line with our multi-national team spirit and culture, “trained-to-use” our tools and technologies, well informed about policies and process and ready to take responsibilities for new areas of engagement. You will assist monitoring our employee, service and project performance, identify areas of improvement and proactively address them.


You will also manage external vendors that are essential in supporting the organization’s needs, push for the vendor rationalization, identify talents in the market and build a professional network (Bangalore hub, institutes, organizations, vendors). You will be a key member of the Advanced Analytic steam and you pride yourself on your attention to detail, organization skills and ability to build relationships cross-functionally.


1. Who you are

  • 3+ years of work experience in HR, consulting, and/or IT project management
  • Basic project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong Excel worksheet skills; including formulas and data manipulation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • You are upbeat, approachable and a go-to person who keeps things running smoothly
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment, ability to execute and ability to react quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a self-starter mentality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated creativity and thinking “outside the box”
  • You are passionate about making a positive impact on the workplace environment and constantly seek evolution and innovation

2. Scope of work

  • Assisting the project managers with work coordination, priorities managing, timeline planning, schedules creation, and overseeing progress to make sure goals are met on time, communicate project status & return on investment to management
  • Coordinate project activities across strategic planning (product map), align and integrate processes and tools with process excellence team
  • Maintain and update office and project documents as needed and ensure items are securely kept, current and accurate, perform testing and documentation of new system features
  • Recruitment of new talents, performance measurement, employee relations
  • Performing onboarding trainings on the job for new hires, ensuring a safe landing in the office space with the essentials in place, resolving initial onboarding issues
  • Management of external contracts, approvals, timesheets and invoicing
  • Monitoring and controlling our finances in Bangalore cost centers and vendor portfolio.
  • Management overall people engagement, internal and external events organization
  • Maintain on-going communication with customers and development staff regarding outstanding projects and responses to customer requests
  • Assisting in the creative development of written and visual materials to communicate our Advanced Analytics programs, processes and success stories, publishing news in social media platforms (Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint), act as a key contact to our business customers
