Sr. Analyst

  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Work location: Electronic City, Bangalore

  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Acts as Service Delivery Expert. In this role,
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Combines expertise for R&D-relevant technologies and R&D functional applications and processes
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Delivers services for applications in scope as per agreed service levels and in compliance with all applying internal and external regulations
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Supports and executes system configuration from a functional perspective
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Provides application support for end users from business functions, in particular 2nd-level support (via ticketing system)
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Manages functional list of values
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Performs user management and administration tasks
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Continuously seeks to improve services for R&D functions by conducting corrective and preventive actions
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Handles day-to-day interaction for infrastructure-related operations and consults Solution Designer for complex discussions as required
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana","sans-serif"">Must have working experience on Veeva systems/technologies
