Technical Service Specialist

About the role:

  • Provide technical support by expertise to customers and internal team on our Process Solutions product portfolio and associated technologies used in the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical industry through email, call and on-site support, and do some product tests in the lab when necessary.
  • To maintain the image of the organisation as a source of scientific information, to function as a leader in Life Science and High Technology, and to promote our obsession with service.
  • Enhance our product information databases by documenting technical information from customer interactions.
  • Compliant Management- Act as a customer advocate and ensure that customer complaints are understood, recorded in the quality system including customer communication, product return, customer letter, etc., Ensure a good advancement of the complaint process with high-quality analysis and customer response in a professional, efficient and concerned manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and field staff, and need the cross functional collaboration.
  • Take ownership/responsibility for assigned projects and daily tasks.


Who you are:


  • Master’s in biotechnology, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or any other Life, Physical Science or relevant Engineering discipline
  • More than one-year practical experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology related field.  Better with one or more of the following: Upstream Processing (cell culture, filtration), Downstream Processing (clarification, purification, TFF filtration, final fill), or Formulation (excipients, actives)
