Your role:

The Salesforce.com Admin is a key member of an interactive team that supports Latin American commercial teams, support customers and collaborates globally within our Salesforce.com and SAP teams.  The team is focused on providing best-in-class user support via collaboration tools such as Chatter. Respond to incoming inquiries in a professional, competent, and timely manner following established procedures. 

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Field, research, and answer inquires enabling successful usage of SalesForce.com
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc training and or training support to internal customers operating within SalesForce using both in-person and virtual modalities
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide solutions within Salesforce.com and as well as all connected systems
  • Monitor and maintain data quality
  • Analyze and understand internal customer’s needs
  • Evaluate and escalate CRM enhancement requests from users to appropriate parties for implementation
  • Develop and deploy system improvements
  • Bring ideas for improvement, innovation, and increased efficiency to the commercial teams
  • Work with various stakeholders to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes
  • Build and manage reports, dashboards, and views of internal customers
  • Provision new users and maintain access through Role Hierarchy, Public Groups. Quote Configuration, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
  • Maintain the functional areas of data management, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, and price books
  • Work in global workstreams in tool enhancements
  • Actively work & contribute across the world CRM organization
  • Work if developers validating new functionalities across all sandboxes

 

Who you are:

 

  • Strong CRM background;
  • Experience in Org implementation;
  • Certified Salesforce.com administrator (ideally in Lightning)
  • Project management skills (desired Scrum Agile)
  • SAP knowledge
  • Know-how in SFDC related tools i.e. Demand Tools, Data Loader, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and written skills, pro-active problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • High degree of analytical curiosity including the ability to identify and proactively solve problems.
