Location: This position is a US-based role that can be located in Burlington MA or St. Louis MO, within a nearby US-hub region.
Your Role:
The Digital Content Curator/Scientific Web Writer is responsible for editing and web optimization as well as informing the web content strategy in collaboration with the global Marketing Communications teams. Responsible for editing technical content covering a range of scientific technologies for the Process Solutions organization, the Digital Content Curator has the ability digesting complex scientific subject matter and copy edit/refine content to fit the appropriate digital channel where the customer is in their online journey. The Digital Content Curator will use analytics to drive data driven decisions to craft personalized customer interactions and engage a variety of Process Solutions audiences; using new ideas and previous experience to strengthen our digital presence and customer experience online.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in biology, biomedical sciences, pharmacy or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital content optimization using best practices for SEO and web writing
- 2+ years of work experience in healthcare/health or life science, pharma communications, QA/QC for Biologics or other Bioprocess or Small Molecule Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or PhD in biology, biomedical sciences, pharmacy or Scientific equivalent
- Strong understanding and expertise with digital /IT tools including but not limited to Google Analytics/Data Studio, Brightedge, Answer the public, and other SEO tools
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative fashion with scientists as well as non-scientist stakeholders and project partners
- Demonstrated superior writing, copyediting, proofreading
- Demonstrated SEO and digital optimization techniques
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Previous work experience within a multi-national, multi-cultural environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate in a matrix organization
- Great communication skills
- Outstanding analytical skills with excellent attention to details
- Goal oriented
- Possess an outstanding "can do" attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage various tasks simultaneously
- Able to meet the challenges of a fast-paced, high energy environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism, interpersonal communication, proactive problem solving and critical attention to quality

- Understanding of the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical Business Environment
