Your role:

You will report to the Head of the Strategy and Project Management Office (PMO) and work closely with the Country Leadership Team for Healthcare China – driving and coordinating key strategic projects and operation tasks to support the GM and the country leadership team in achieving their goals/ priorities. You are expected to be a highly self-motivated logical and strategic thinker who can communicate effectively with stakeholders across a complex matrix environment and make things happen. 


Your responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage multiple strategic projects for the GM and the country leadership team, including but not limited to scoping, planning, process management, tracking, and reporting etc.
  • Drive and support the corporate annual strategic development process (SD), OP and BP
  • Drive and support on market research and data analysis to address specific project needs
  • Support on the operational tasks and ad-hoc local/ global requests
  • Stay connected with key stakeholders and ensure efficient communication cross-functionally


Who you are:

  • Business or science degree, Master/ MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in consulting or corporate/business Strategy with focus on pharmaceutical, bio-tech or related industry
  • Experience of managing complex projects that involve cross-functional collaborations is a plus
  • Experience in new product launch readiness in pharmaceutical industry is a plus 
  • Highly self-motived, strong business acumen, strong logical and strategic thinking capability and competent in data analysis
  • Good team player, excellent communication skills, high competence to work in complex cross-functional/cross-geographical/ cross-functional teams
  • Excellent skills in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Good oral and written English
