Medical Education Project Specialist-Beijing

Your Role:

• Learn the updated TA knowledge and progress, and understand TA treatment landscape and local medical education strategy

• Understand the customer insight in related TA

• Conduct the operation of medical meetings including field, national, international meetings and project meetings

• Support the execution of medical education projects

• Support the planning and designing of medical education projects

• Ensure the filing of documents and records, including hard copies and electronic copies

• Ensure compliance with global and local, external and internal regulations, standards, policies and SOPs

• Keep track of the budget of meetings, providing full details to the responsible manager

• Communicate with the team members and business unit on the project process to ensure the fluent process

• Work with other functional colleagues (Finance, Procurement, Compliance, MKT and FF) to keep good cooperation

• Work with key external stakeholders on the execution of specific meetings or projects


Who you are:

• 1-3 years experiences within the pharmaceutical industry

• Multi-national pharmaceutical company experience is preferred

• Experience in HCP interaction or project implementation is preferred

•Strong project/event management skills

• Strong time management skills

• Good coordination and logistical skills

• Good communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Team player with reflected can-do attitude

• Self-motivated, self-confident

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (both in local language and English)
