Senior Training Manager

Your role:

  • 市场部培训
    • 需求分析/计划: 根据市场部人员队伍现状或发展策略,分析/整合市场队伍训练需求,结和总部市场部的课程和本地跨部门的资源,并据此制定阶段性训练方案或训练计划。
    • 培训实施/管理中国Marketing Academy: 根据训练计划,按时对市场部实施训练项目,并承担一定项目的培训工作,同时,对整体训练项目实施有效管理,确保训练计划的执行
    • 培训跟进: 配合训练项目的实施,对参加者实施定期跟进,主要方式为:与市场部总监访谈,定期提交跟进报告,确保培训效果的实现。 以及利用在线的平台,进行经验分享。并且组织每年的公司Marketing Academy的评选和颁奖。
  • 销售培训:
    • 支持一个BU的销售培训,根据销售队伍现状或发展策略,分析/整合销售队伍训练需求,并据此制定阶段性训练方案或训练计划;按时时对销售队伍实施训练项目,并承担一定项目的培训工作,同时,对整体训练项目实施有效管理,确保训练计划的执行
  • 跨部门的培训项目的启动和管理:
    • 负责一些跨部门培训项目的设计和管理,协调各BU培训经理进行实施。例如,总部新的培训课程在中国的落地,本地的新员工培训流程的完善等
  • 管理任务: 设定团队及个人业绩目标并带领并监督目标的完成
