Supply Chain Manager

Your Role:

1.    Check the qualification of supplier, the compliance of product to be purchased, and the qualification of salesman of supplier, ensure to purchase products from the legal supplier, and request supplier qualification documents and product information, cooperate with the Quality Dept. to investigate and audit the suppliers;

2.    Create and update quality basic data;

3.    Implement the related requirement of first-time supplier and initial handled products;

4.    Purchase drug and medical device;

5.    Return and replace the purchased products;

6.    Ask the supplier to provide invoice;

7.    According to inventory and EFS, make purchase plan, and according to purchase plan, execute purchase order, follow up the shipment, perform import customs clearance and drug inspection;

8.    Stock management, ensure safety stock, provide stock report on time;

9.    Assist the Finance Dept. to perform the payment in time according to agreement;

10.  Suppliers and 3PL supplier’s management (KPI).

11.  Prepare IBP meeting slides, take part in IBP meeting


Who you are:


1.    Master major in International Procurement

2.    Fluent in English and Mandarin


1.    More than 7 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry

2.    Excellent communication skills

3.    Fluent in English and Mandarin

4.    Strong negotiation skills

5.    Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure
