Your Role

The Fertility/HIV Market Access Insights and Analytics Lead will analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights that influence Market Access strategies. Key responsibilities include gross-to-net (GTN) forecasting, business case development, post-deal analytics, and performance tracking. Proficiency in Excel, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills are essential. This highly visible role collaborates with various teams, including Payer Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership.  This role requires experience in market access and gross-to-net analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead GTN forecasting for annual and long-range cycles in collaboration with brand and finance teams.
• Develop financial models and business cases for Market Access customers.
• Triangulate data sources and collaborate with stakeholders to validate assumptions.
• Conduct post-deal analytics to assess contracting strategies and recommend improvements.
• Support pre-launch GTN, pricing, and contracting for late-stage assets.
• Develop and track Market Access KPIs, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Communicate analyses clearly to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Evaluate business implications and strategic options for key assets.
• Assist in creating automated reporting for field team planning and performance tracking.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely completion.
• Demonstrate consulting skills to identify business needs and enhance results.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree; advanced degree preferred (MBA, Masters, PhD).
• Experience in data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strongly preferred Market Access experience.
• Knowledge of reimbursement and key Fertility stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities including humility and integrity.
• High self-awareness and political acuity.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical skills; expert in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Team-oriented with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Location:  Seaport MA or remote

Pay range for this position:  $132,300 -  $198,500

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
