Travel: Approximately 5% domestic travel is required per year.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Lead a team of analysts and tableau experts to come up with solutions to complex business problems and create innovative and interactive reports for the business leaders and the field representatives;
  2. Act as a technical lead/data architect for development efforts within the reporting environment and Access reports, analyze raw data received from various sources such as tableau, data extracts, server, Excel, snowflake, and redshift database;
  3. Manage MS Lifelines and Oncology Tableau Dashboards, reports to compare and analyze sales data and provide clear, thorough, and consistent analysis and data monitoring reading market trends, product performance, market opportunities, potential risks;
  4. Lead KPI presentations to the Brand Team and cross-functional teams by collaborating with other contributors, depicting data in easy-to-understand format and riving action planning based on the insights;
  5. Retrieve, organize, and manipulate data from the Enterprise Data Warehouse and other databases to create extracts across TA’s using high level SQL, and ensure seamless connectivity tableau server to enable users across the organization to create reports, dashboards and ad hoc analysis;
  6. Work extensively on product launches, use AI and predictive analytics to come up with reports like early adopters, markets where the drugs will perform best, comparison to the market, trends, etc.; and
  7. Be an expert in working with HIV/Fertility data and APLD Patient data across all Tas (Neurology, Oncology, HIV, Fertility) to come up with predictive analytics, patient journeys, market shares, etc. to help the field and business to market the product using cutting edge technical reports.

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

Employer requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information management, or a closely related quantitative field and five (5) years of progressively more responsible work experience as a data analyst, report developer, project manager, or related occupation responsible for analyzing and extracting actionable insights from large volumes of data. In addition, employer requires:

 

  1. Demonstrated ability solving practical problems utilizing big data analytics, computing, and applied mathematics gained through five (5) years of work experience;
  2. Demonstrated ability utilizing SQL, Tableau, Python, and R to perform data engineering and data analytics gained through five (5) years of work experience;
  3. Demonstrated ability utilizing hypothesis testing, high dimensional statistical modeling, Bayesian inference, and time series analysis gained through five (5) years of work experience;
  4. Demonstrated ability performing data analysis for the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry gained through five (5) years of work experience; and
  5. Demonstrated ability working with engineering features and predictors as inputs for machine learning and AI models gained through three (3) years of work experience.

 

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
