Your role:
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with medical community influencers
- Promote company, Neurology and Immunology, and therapeutic awareness
- Serve as a technical, scientific, and medical expert in neurology & immunology
- Partner with Field Medical and US Medical Affairs teams to contribute to the overall understanding of neurology disease state and therapeutics
- Develop significant and long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific degree (e.g. PharmD, PhD, DO, MD)
- English language competency
- Minimum 2 years clinical and/or pharmaceutical experience in specified TA for MSL role
- Minimum 3+ years clinical and/or pharmaceutical experience in specified TA with proven leadership for Senior MSL role
- Live in the territory
- Comfortable with extensive regional travel (60%), including overnight travel and national/international conferences
- Able to perform normal office duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced scientific knowledge, relationship building, and networking skills
- Expertise in disseminating knowledge to healthcare professionals
- Leadership in Medical Affairs activities, including coordination with internal departments and external customers
- Representation of EMD Serono at medical events, programs, meetings, and conventions
- Liaison with US Medical Affairs staff for regional and national medical initiatives
- Coordination with Clinical Development and Medical Affairs for Phase IIIb and IV research studies
- Maintenance of KOL profiling and visitation records
- Monitoring appropriate budget expenditures
- Ensuring compliant use of field material and activities as a representative of EMD Serono
- Assistance in the development of educational and training material
