Your Role

A great opportunity has opened for a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance-Associate Manager to oversee our maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement. The Maintenance-Associate Manager will be responsible for ensuring all equipment and systems run at optimal performance and adhere to all safety standards. This role demands expertise in managing diverse teams, budget management, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.  You will manage overall site security including supervision of 3rd party security officers, investigation of all security incidents and management of site building access system.  You will drive continuous improvement of plant performance by using data analytics to develop and implement a digitized strategy for maintenance scheduling and tracking. Up to 5% travel

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a technical field and 5+ years of maintenance experience in a chemical plant environment.

Or

  • High school diploma and 10+ years of maintenance experience in a chemical plant environment.

Position located: onsite daily in Branchburg NJ site

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in engineering, Material Science, or similar field with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a challenging, dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication (English) and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office) and knowledge of CAD software
  • Prior Supervisory Experience, SAP Experience, and experience with operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment, batch production processes, packaging line equipment are preferred
