Change Manager

Your Role: This is an exciting opportunity to drive and support change efforts related to culture and engagement for our transforming Performance Materials business. You will lead management efforts for ongoing strategic projects. Support the cultural transformation program, including measurement, communications and tactical implementation. You will support culture change initiatives throughout the organization, ensuring a clear tie to tangible deliverables and end business results. Managing the Employee Engagement Survey (EES) for our business sector, analysis of results and managing business sector change initiatives in line with increasing engagement and business performance.  You will shape and support roll out, analysis and follow up of Pulse Checks and leadership team presentations.


This role can be located at our sites in Branchburg, NJ, Tempe, AZ or Allentown, PA


Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline
  • 8+ years of industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in change and transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Change Management, Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Communications or related field
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Have a track record in driving change and employee engagement initiatives
  • High level of experience working in complex multicultural business environments
