Production Coordinator

Your role:  

At EMD Performance Materials, the Production Coordinator will perform APO Global Demand Planner reviews, Supply Network Planner and Local Planner activities (review forecasts against order intake, plan production, purchase goods from third-party vendors/affiliates, restock warehouses via stock transfer orders, and perform inventory control functions).  You will also create SAP Master Data, generate monthly KPIs and update SOPs and Work Instructions.

  

Who you are: 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Logistics, Business or other related Discipline. 
  • 3+ year’s work experience as a Supply Chain Planner, Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
  • 5+ year’s experience of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP/MRP

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ year’s experience with APO preferred
  • APICS CPIM Certification preferred
  • Proven leadership for supply chain teams. Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting.
  • Understanding of all levels of the supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management).
  • Analytical mindset coupled with a strong business acumen.
  • Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven organizational skills.
