  • Provide mentorship, guidance and performance feedback to foster professional growth and high performance for engineering teams located in the US, Korea and Taiwan.
  • Develop and maintain processes and tools to enable efficient technical problem-solving and resource management, focusing on the integration of gas and chemical delivery equipment into semiconductor manufacturing lines.
  • Harmonize Engineering Processes and Practices (where appropriate) across a global Engineering team.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing the obsolescence of existing gas and chemical delivery equipment sets. Conduct regular assessments of equipment performance and lifecycle status, identifying opportunities for upgrades, replacements, or redesigns to maintain operational effectiveness. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
  • Develop systems to ensure workload transparency and project execution are evident to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the engineering department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for projects involving gas and chemical delivery systems. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and performance standards.
