Your Role:
MilliporeSigma Corporation is searching for a Business Development Project Manager within Science and Lab Solutions. You will support activities related to royalties management, deal flow management, and deal team project management in order to optimize business development operations.
As an integral part of the business development team, the successful candidate will:
- Establish and run deal teams for each active BD deal establishing visibility and oversight including MS Team setup, stakeholder management, and document and version controls
- Coordinate meeting setup with external and internal parties for draft reviews and valuation reviews with franchise, controlling, and BD leadership
- Track, monitor, and report on status and progress of BD deals under management
- Follow up with deal team members to ensure that actions are completed, and objectives met while following all compliance standards
- Proactively address deal risks to prevent blocking progress
- Perform root cause analysis of incidents and prepare remediation and strategic direction for future capabilities

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must have either a Bachelor's Degree in business, a technical field, or life science with at least 5 years of industry experience as a project or program manager involving external parties, or a Graduate Degree in the same fields with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines of multiple projects simultaneously
- Financial acumen and understanding how to read and interpret DCF models
- Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues clearly both orally and in writing
- Able to drive critical, strategic thought processes and continuous improvement in operational areas, including connecting across teams to remove waste along the extended value streams
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect across teams and functions and positively influence all levels of the organization, business units, cultures, and geographies
- Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA
- Experience in strategy deployment, value stream mapping, standard work, metrics boards, stand-up meetings
- Experienced in regulated markets
- Experience with JIRA, Oracle, SQL, ERP Systems a plus
- Experience with Data analytics tools & languages such as Python, Tableau, Power BI
- Transformation, LEAN, Process Improvement Experience Preferred
Pay Range for this position: $115,400 – $173,000
Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
