Your Role:

Join the LS ERP Program as a Business Leader and play a pivotal role in transforming our Life Science Business operations. Reporting to the Business Head of the LS ERP ONE Program, you will lead and manage the business teams that keep our legacy systems up and running with business project and enhancement resources support. You will collaborate with IT to drive continuous improvement and align improvements and process decisions based on our LS ERP strategy. Your knowledge in Project Management, especially within the Life Sciences industry, will be crucial. You will work closely with business teams, coordinate resources to support all legacy ERP enhancements, and balance multiple responsibilities to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee/track progress of deployment of multiple projects within the program
  • Ensure process governance and compliance, monitor success of program
  • Ensure alignment and prioritization between key stakeholders
  • Monitor & coordinate project deliverables at LS level
  • Manage risks across projects and program
  • Manage and govern project readiness committees
  • Drives to binding decisions for specific projects and the program
  • Aligns with overall business and IT objectives to prioritize projects within the Sustain and Enhance program

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science or other relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience (Projects and/or direct reporting)
  • Experience with ERP systems and projects, preferably within the Life Sciences industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage business processes & implementations
  • Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze highly complex business processes
  • Effective communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders and ensure alignment
  • Broad understanding of ERP landscape (SAP, Oracle etc)
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Lean Six Sigma
