Your Role:

We are looking for a Head of Project Management to lead our PMO function and ensure that Process Solutions invests in the right initiatives and delivers them successfully.
Leading a team of project managers, you will establish strong portfolio governance, drive project prioritization, provide executive visibility into progress and risks, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver their intended business outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Lead and develop a team of Project Managers.
- Own portfolio governance, project intake, prioritization, and resource planning.
- Partner with business leaders to select and sequence strategic initiatives.
- Monitor project execution, risks, dependencies, budgets, and benefits realization.
- Provide clear portfolio reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Establish and continuously improve PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Drive accountability and execution excellence across a complex global portfolio.
Locations Must Be on site in either: Darmstadt, Germany or Burlington/Bedford, MA
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in business or related
- 10-12+ years of experience leading a PMO, project portfolio, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience with portfolio management, governance, business case evaluation, and project delivery.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PhD
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications
- Life Sciences industry experience
Pay Range for this position: $186,200- $283,000. The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
