Your Role:

The Innovative Solutions (IS) customer success director will bring cross-organisational experience coupled with a deep understanding of our customer needs and future market evolution. They will work with our IS teams (Strategic Customer Management, Value management and Innovation delivery and Global Scientific Leadership) to develop, define, pilot and execute new commercial differentiated services. The candidate will be responsible for building a framework to manage new Innovative Solutions, own the business case and project charters to develop and execute pilots, gaining support across the organisation. When programs are mature, propose how to scale and sustain the offer with defined KPIs for success. The new differentiated services and innovative solutions will create significant value primarily for our GSA and regional customers.

 

Who You Are

The candidate will have strong customer and market knowledge couple with bioprocessing experience. Will be able to build executive level positioning with the ability to streamline complex topics into digestible deliverables. They will have experience on developing and managing new processes. Defining KPIs and measuring success. They will be an exceptional networker across our organisation and beyond. Can lead through influence but open to the role expanding to people leadership. They will be an integral part of the leadership team, leading by example and driving positive engagement across the organisation.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  •  7+years working in the pharma or Biopharma industry.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in bioprocessing development, manufacture and supply chain.
  • Experience in steering R&D, Product Management, Commercial, Strategy. A track record of developing business plans, delivering products to market; large group management; international experience desired.
  • Advanced Degree (MSc / PhD)

 

Open to anywhere in the US, France, Germany or the UK

Pay range for this position: $148,700.00 - $223,100.00

 

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
