Your Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Demand Planner to join our team and manage a strategically important portfolio within Process Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving an integrated planning process that encompasses analytics, collaboration, and active decision-making regarding forecasts and market trends. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy of demand forecasts and aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using advanced analytical techniques and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to gather insights and align on demand planning strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and historical data to inform demand planning decisions.
  • Actively participate in the Integrated Business Management (IBM) process, ensuring alignment between demand and supply plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present forecasts, assumptions, and recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead decision-making processes regarding inventory levels, production schedules, and supply chain strategies to meet customer demand.
  • Foster a culture of execution and accountability within the planning team.

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated experience with demand planning software and analytics tools.
  • Strong sense of execution and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated project/change management experience.
  • Ambition for growth to lead projects and teams.
