This role can be located anywhere on the East Coast of the United States. 

 

Your Role:

As part of the Global Commercial Go-To-Market Enablement organization, you will be part of a global team of Salesforce CRM Business Admins, dedicated to the Global PS (Life Science Process Solution) business processes & platform. The team designs effective business processes, provides unique solutions and acts as the go-to people for the Salesforce CRM – so provides enablement, and adoption for internal customers globally. This team is sitting on the side of the business, representing the PS business voice in the Salesforce Governance, and working together with IT on enabling global PS business processes in the platform.

 

The candidate in this position will be groomed into becoming a Sales transformation Delivery Manager with own portfolio of business partners, and into mentoring on the subject matter area you’re expert on. This will put you into the position of driving the strategic implementations, such as front & back -office Transformation, and other direct business initiatives.

 

This position could require up to 15% domestic and global travel on limited basis.

 

  • Provide daily CRM Admin support for the PS users on salesforce (help configure a quote, upload a pricing book, etc., trace an order associated to a case support, collect or perform a change request on the CRM configuration, etc.)
  • Act as an enabling business partner for key function/s in Process Solutions business unit (Sales, Customer Excellence; Tech. service, Salesforce Governance, IT – the business partners) to facilitate the evolution of the global Salesforce Platform (and deployment of new apps on it) and standardized processes
  • Work closely with the business partners to share regular updates and align on priorities and projects. For those projects, assure the UAT and Hypercare support, as well as training. You will have to get to understanding of the business partners’ processes and needs in order to lead your stakeholders through the entire deployment journey from kick-off throughout hyper care & adoption/evolution
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one of the key process areas and Salesforce Clouds (e.g. sales, service, CPQ, field service) driving global harmonization in process change & blueprint documentation development to aim for efficiency in use and adoption of the CRM across the organization

  • Project Management skills in putting in place a new App solution, stakeholder management, change management is key for your success in a large cross functional organization
  • Understanding of high-level process and process mapping across applications: front end CRM - back end ERPs
  • Experience in consulting or in a Sales organization where existing Salesforce CRM in place
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, problem-solving strength and process thinking
  • Empowering team player - proactive, self-motivated work, to work within a global, multi-cultural environment. The team is highly autonomous and self-organizing, working remotely, collaborating on clear deliverables with deadlines
  • Additional foreign language
