North America Service Quality Specialist

Your role:

At MilliporeSigma as a Quality Specialist you will support the North America Service organization's corporate quality requirements and ISO quality standards. You will provide leadership and be the responsible person for all quality topics of the North America Service organization. You will be acting as the key quality liaison between the MilliporeSigma Quality organization, Service organization, customers and applicable internal and external groups. In addition, you will support customer credentialing requirements working with service, customers, third party vendor credentialing companies and internal MilliporeSigma groups to meet and/or negotiate those requirements.

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science or Engineering discipline with 3+ years’ experience in quality

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience or a Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Degree in Science or Engineering
  • Quality Management training
  • Auditing experience following a Quality Management System
  • ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management experience
