Your Role

Key responsibilities are:

  • E2E delivery of Operational Technology services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Implement OT technology strategy, standards and architecture

  • Translate OT solution design into software/hardware code/configuration

  • Monitor and Optimize OT system performance and reliability

  • Execute cybersecurity activities on OT systems

  • Support or manage IT/OT asset management

  • Provide training and support on operational technology systems and tools

  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Location

This position is preferred from either our Burlington, MA, St. Louis or Sheboygan Falls, WI facility or could be remote flexible. Frequent travel of up to 50% between domestic and international sites is required.

 

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering or related discipline or working experience as an Engineer in Industrial Automation

  • At least 5 years working experience in OT system design, service delivery or a similar role.

  • Advanced knowledge in OT infrastructure design, software engineering and OT security.

  • Strong understanding of operational technology systems, including DCS, SCADA, PLCs, and IoT devices.

  • Experience in configuring & operating virtual machine and virtual network technology (VMs, VLANs)

  • Experience in managing Firewalls, Storage devices, Active Directories, physical networks.

  • Significant Project management skills: Planning/Scheduling, budgeting, work progress tracking, reporting, risk/issues, and escalation management.

  • Ability to work on global, cross functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or PhD in automation, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field is preferred.

  • Excellent in planning, interfacing & programming DCS, PLC, BMS, WCS.

  • Experience with manufacturing operation management systems, (MES, LIMS, LES, Data Historian), enterprise resource planning (ERP), product life cycle (PLM) and other large-scale management system software implementation experience

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience in implementing layers of protection for cyber security, OT, and IT

  • GICSP or related Cyber Security Certificate(s).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

 

 

Pay Range for this position: $108,300 – $162,500

 

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
