Qualtiy Agreement / Change Notification Manager

We offer a new opportunity to join Millipore Sigma, a business of Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, as Quality Agreements / Change Notification Manager.  In coordination with the Millipore Sigma Quality Agreement / Change Notification team, you will manage Customer Quality Agreements and Change Notifications as needed.  You support major change projects in a dynamic agile organization. You will interface with a variety of teams across the entire Life Science organization, and will represent the Quality Services Organization as a subject matter expert in meetings with customers and facilitate quality related negotiations.  In addition, you will have the opportunity to interact with a global, highly-matrixed organization. You will be based in Burlington, MA or St. Louis, MO.

Who you are:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in science related major
  • Several years (ideally 5-7) of quality and/or regulatory experience
  • Demonstrated Life Science, Chemicals or Healthcare industry knowledge (3years)
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication skills with business-fluent English
  • Mindset and skills for continuous improvement initiatives


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in change management/processes
  • Experience in Quality Communication
  • Capable of working across a variety of systems, ERPs, electronic platforms and Quality Management Systems
  • Experience in cross-functional projects
