Your Role:

As a Sales Enablement Business Analyst within the Global Commercial Excellence organization, you will join a global team of Salesforce CRM Business Analysts focused on the Global Life Science Process Solutions (PS) business processes and platform. This team is responsible for designing effective business processes, providing innovative solutions, and serving as the primary resource for Salesforce CRM. You will drive enablement and adoption for internal customers worldwide, representing the PS business in Salesforce Governance and collaborating with IT to facilitate global PS business processes within the platform. Job duties include:

 

  • Perform first-level Salesforce administration, including user account setup, daily support, system configuration, and maintenance.
  • Serve as a business partner for key functions (Sales, Customer Excellence, Technical Services, IT) to enhance the Salesforce Platform and deploy new applications.
  • Collaborate with business partners to provide updates, align on priorities, and ensure UAT, Hypercare support, and training throughout the deployment journey.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in key Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service) to drive process harmonization and develop documentation for CRM efficiency and adoption.
  • Assist in creating training materials for business processes and Salesforce functionalities.
  • Position involves working standard Eastern Time Zone business hours, and may involve work before or after for meetings with colleagues in other countries

 

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Operations or other business fields
  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator

OR

  • 3 + years of Salesforce experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven project management skills in innovative solutions, stakeholder and change management within a large cross-functional organization.
  • Understanding of process mapping across front-end CRM and back-end ERP applications.
  • Experience in consulting or sales with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and process – oriented skills.
  • Proactive collaborator with a self-motivated approach in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and globally on a limited basis.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification and basic no-code configuration experience.
