Your Role: 

The ideal candidate will be a person with some experience in international tax (in the Inbound and Outbound contexts) and accounting matters, including tax reporting.  The candidate will be responsible for assisting with implementation of international tax strategies, research, and compliance. Knowledge with Excel and internal reporting systems (such as ERP) is required, with the ability to navigate through and modify complex planning and compliance models.

 

Location: Burlington, MA; Hybrid

Travel: <10%; International and Domestic

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or other financial degree, preferably with Master of Science in Taxation
  • Federal tax experience, preferably with International experience
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Taxation and Accounting
  • A motivated professional with the ability to work independently or as a team

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Assist in tax planning projects by taking a role in managing projects through to completion.
  • Must have capability to be able to work with tax provision and compliance systems such as One Source.
  • Ability to support international tax calculations, including earnings & profits, Subpart F, GILTI and foreign tax credits limitations.
  • Be capable to access and analyze relevant financial data.
  • Assist in the handling of income tax audit matters, including advocacy of the company’s international tax positions with auditors. 

 

Pay Range for this position: $107,200.00 - $163,900.00
