Your Role:
As the Senior Consultant for Strategic Talent, you will become a trusted advisor to our executives, shaping their career paths and guiding their professional growth. With your profound expertise in talent management, assessment and development, you will influence the strategic direction of our organization by identifying strengths, addressing development areas, and designing tailored plans aligned with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in strategic discussions with senior leaders and facilitate meaningful conversations on leadership potential and development opportunities, ensuring consistency and a global frame for these engagements.
- Analyze assessment results on an individual and aggregated level to discover the strengths and areas for development of assessed employees.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR experts such as HR Business Partners, Managers, and Integrated Solution Partners to align with organizational goals and individual performance objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to assessed employees in implementing their development plans and translate complex assessment data into meaningful reports to empower stakeholders to make informed talent management decisions.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of strategic talent conferences on a group level.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to talent assessment and development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to assessment practices. Upholding ethical standards and legal requirements safeguards the integrity and fairness of the talent assessment process.
Who you are:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of proven experience in talent consulting, talent assessment, or a similar role.
- Certified Talent Assessment Achievement
- Extensive knowledge of different types of assessments and their applications in organizational settings.
- Strong knowledge of psychometric principles and statistical methods related to assessments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights and actionable recommendations from assessment results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
