Senior Managers, Strategy Development & Analytics CDMO

Responsibilities:

 

Lead and support strategic initiatives to achieve business growth goals. 

  1. Conduct market and financial analyses in collaboration with senior leads for business pillars to build investment plans and develop market and business insights to support strategic decisions.  Engage with controlling, operations, and commercial partners, as well as executive leaders in the business;
  2. Structure and drive strategy development projects aligned with long term objectives of the business;
  3. Support BioVV strategy development process by preparing impactful presentations to support business decisions;
  4. Analyze market reports, clinical pipeline databases and internal data (sales, web metrics, operational KPIs, other) to identify trends and quantify opportunities;
  5. Build business cases to support evaluation of opportunities and investment decisions;
  6. Support executive management requests for market, competitive and business intelligence data; and
  7. Participate in and lead cross-functional projects and workshops.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

 

Employer requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related quantitative field and at least five (5) years of work experience as a business analyst in bioprocess or services (CDMO/CRO) industry. In addition, the employer requires the following:

 

  1. Proficiency with financial analysis or modelling using statistical modeling and financial analysis tools gained through three (3) years of work experience;
  2. Experience with marketing/strategy for industry leading life sciences organization gained through three (3) years of work experience;
  3. Proficiency leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrix organization gained through two (2) years of work experience;
  4. Ability to effectively interface with senior executives in bioprocessing and life science service gained through two (2) years of work experience; and
  5. Demonstrated ability to identify relevant data from market reports, clinical pipeline databases, and internal data and to develop and effectively present to senior executives recommendations for long-term business strategies gained through two (2) years of work experience.

 

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.

 

 

16% domestic travel required per year and 4% international travel required per year. Telecommuting is available. Must report to company offices two days per week.
