Your Role:  

An interesting opportunity has arisen to join our Procurement organization as a team member of the Professional Services Category. You will predominantly manage stakeholders and (sourcing) projects in the area of Management Consulting Services for our Tier 1 Americas region (US, CAN, Brazil & Mexico). The team works closely together with all business sectors & group functions at our company. You will join a very engaged and dynamic team of international Procurement Professionals, continuously improving the category´s strategy, aiming to enable & advise our businesses along our company's Enterprise Priorities. With your capabilities, you will manage multiple (sourcing) projects and drive the further enhancement of our category strategies in a demanding environment.

Location: Burlington, MA OR St. Louis, MO, USA; Onsite 3x week

Travel: <20%, International and Domestic

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors's Degree 
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing with demonstrated ability to align sourcing strategies with business needs OR
• Master's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing with demonstrated ability to align sourcing strategies with business needs
• Fluent in English

• Personal affinity or background with regards to Professional Services Sourcing 
• Winning personality with a “can do” mentality
• Entrepreneurial Mindset & Strong Business Acumen
• Strong team-player with the desire to collaborate in a global & international set-up
• Highly engaged person being comfortable in working independently with an outcome/result driven mindset
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) enabling you to address relevant information to senior management levels in order to foster collaboration, driving alignment, and to achieve results
• Curious, energetic, and innovative character, willing to develop your career
• Ability to think critically and analytically
• Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking 
• Experienced in professionally dealing with Latin America
