Your Role

 

At MilliporeSigma, as the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will provide end-to-end execution of Display, Video, Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns in the Science and Lab Sciences Digital & eCommerce team.  This includes media planning, audience creation, campaign setup and media buying, optimization and reporting on insights and performance.

 

  • Remote or Hybrid in Burlington, MA  OR St. Louis, MO 
  • Collaborate with Test & Learn Team to build valuable learning agendas.
  • Develop audience and targeting lists based on campaign goals.
  • Create and implement bidding strategies for each campaign.
  • Optimize and monitor day-to-day performance of campaigns to meet campaign goals, including bid management, budget allocation, performance monitoring, campaign expansion, etc.
  • Maintain appropriate levels of quality control adhering to a rigorous QA process.
  • Optimize budget across targeting tactics to drive performance against KPIs.
  • Maintain intermediate knowledge of third-party ad servers, DSPs, DCO platforms and other relevant Marketing Technology.
  • Create/Maintain reporting dashboards enabling stakeholders to independently monitor campaign performance.
  • Analyze performance and communicate needs for updated/upgraded creative and/or landing pages.
  • Consistently refresh creative in any always-on campaigns through regular challenger/champion framework in partnership with creative agency [internal & external] partners.
  • Regularly review tactics mix and shift budget to better performing line items.
  • Provide ongoing optimization throughout the duration of campaigns.
  • Combine data analysis and internal feedback to create optimization strategies and provide solutions.
  • Organize, distribute, and present campaign results to stakeholders.
  • Leverage data for clear, concise storytelling, including clearly stating incremental impact of campaigns and next steps.

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • 2+ years previous work experience in digital marketing 
  • 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, data visualization tools and Excel

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understand campaign management and optimization strategies across all Display, Video, programmatic and social channels.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure we maintain a forward-thinking approach and capitalize on opportunities to innovate.
  • Provide support in social campaign preparation, execution, optimization, and measurement to build expertise across digital advertising channels.
  • Clear command of and expertise in media planning and buying across DSPs (DV360) and publishers (Meta, Google, etc.).
