Brand Manager Cardiovascular

1. Brand Manager - Cardiovascular, Egypt & Africa Developing Markets. 


In his/her role as a Cardiovascular Brand Manager will be managing the full process of brand marketing management regarding the planning process, macro and micro market audit, identifing the key issues and key success factors, segmentation, targeting and positioning strategy to achieve the brand objectives with cohorent strategic actions with KPIs regular tracking including control measures and corrective actions. 


Required Functional Skills: 


1. Analytical Skills including orientation with key forecasting models, differentiating between facts and insights with the root cause identification and alertness towards market's dynamics and mega trends. 

2. Cross Functional Leadership including task orientation and follow up with all internal and external stakeholders. 

3. Result orientation identifying the key lead and lag KPIs tracking the brand's performance across regions with all requested metrics analytics. 

4. Planning and Strategic mindset as a visionary reshaping the future considering the product life cycle management of the brand and category. 

5. Brand Essence regarding the branding skills creating a brand persona where all actions should be relevant to the brand of scope rather than generic tactics. 

6. Customers' centricity

7. Digital Marketing Orientation about digital communication and engagement channels with content management. 



Required Behavioral Skills: 


1. Critical Mindset always challenging the assumptions and status quo. 

2. Energetic Communication engaging the audience with an excellent command of English language and slang with the exceptional ability to arouse the enthusiasm towards the brand key goals and task management. 

3. Creativity and Innovation to be courageous enough to share new thoughts and take calculated risk. 

4. Leading without Authority as to be the Brand Hero or Brand Icon within the organization being a Role Model in the market and brand expertise inspiring the whole organization towards his/her vision. 

5. Highly organized and meticulous


Job Requirements and Selection Criteria: 


1. University degree in Pharmacy, Medical and other equivalent degrees. 

2. Marketing Certificate is a must. 

3. 2 years at least in the Pharmacetical Brands' Management Field (preferably cardiometabolic and general medicine).
