Your Role:

 

This Operations Specialist role is primarily responsible for performing document control activities utilizing a Management of Change (MOC) system. This will include, but not limited to, initiating MOCs, reviewing documentation submitted for change, posting released documentation, monitoring MOC processing metrics, resolving change submittal discrepancies and training personnel on the proper use of the MOC system and related processes.  Additionally, this role may provide support to the Production Supervisors and others in the Operations team.  Specific Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Train and assist with the Management of Change process
  • Monitor MOC metrics and develop reports from the system
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in document control and other processes
  • Update procedures, work instructions, other documentation, and submit for change approval
  • Assist with developing and implementing corrective preventive actions for safety and quality issues

 

Physical Attributes:

  • Wear appropriate PPE (safety glass/googles, safety gloves, safety shoes, etc.)
  • Lift up to 50 pounds

  

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in document control or technical writing

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of document control procedures
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 certified environment
  • Experience with root cause analysis tools and processes
  • Ability to read and understand written work instructions and technical drawings
  • Experience using Microsoft suite including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of Intelex and ManGo

 

$31.00-$47.00 hour 

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
