Maintenance Tech 3

Your Role: 

In this role you are responsible for supporting the site, supervisor, and leadership team in timely execution of preventative maintence, proactive and reactive work orders, and creating documnetation records in physical and virtual forms. you will, also, work in a safe manner to documented quality requirements, to ensure continuity and safe working on the site operations. Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   

• Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment and machinery, buildings, and facilities. This may include carpentry, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, fabrication, and basic electrical work in accordance with recognized standards. 

• Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure continuous plant operations. 

• Follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO procedures, and site work instructions. 

• Accurately completes maintenance records, logs, permits, and required documentation. 

• Works safely in compliance with OSHA, PPE, and regulated environments such as OSHA PSM, RCRA, and Title 5. 

• Maintains a clean and organized work area in accordance with housekeeping procedures. 

• Participates in scheduled meetings, required training, and a rotating on-call shift schedule. 

• Seeks supervisory guidance as needed to maintain compliance and ensure task accuracy. 

• Works in a team environment, but must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and a self-starter.  

Physical Attributes: 

• Lift up to 50 pounds.  

• Wear proper PPE including a respirator.  

• Work in confined spaces. 

Who You Are: 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED. 

• 5+ years of experience working in HVAC or industrial mechanical fields.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with process improvement, safety, quality, and 5S ideas. 

• Experience with OSHA and ISO standards.
